With 35 years experience as a civil litigator specializing in insurance defence, Bob Franklin brings his background in advocacy and insurance issues to mediation. He has the key qualities you want in a mediator – patience, experience, respectfulness – and his background in teaching and mentoring has laid the ground work for helping people to best communicate with one another.
Bob has wanted to mediate for years – believing it’s personally more rewarding to help people put an end to litigation and strife rather than to be embroiled in the fight. After years of advocating for clients, he is eager to withdraw from litigation and embark on his new path as an advocate for settlement.
